Language Learning Support

AISA is committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment where all students, regardless of their language background, are supported in achieving academic success. Recognizing that our community includes students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, AISA provides targeted English Language support to help students fully engage in the curriculum and school life.

Our English Language Coordinator leads the Language Learning Support Program and works collaboratively with teachers to identify students who may benefit from additional language development. Support may be provided through push-in assistance within the classroom or pull-out sessions in small groups or individually, depending on the student’s proficiency level and learning needs.

Language support focuses on building proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing resources to support English language learners (ELLs) in mainstream classrooms, ensuring that instruction remains accessible and meaningful for every student.

Regular communication with parents is maintained to share updates on progress and strategies for language development at home. The goal of AISA’s Language Learning Support is to ensure that all students—whether native or non-native English speakers—can thrive academically and socially in a truly inclusive and supportive learning environment.
