Admission Process

Start by visiting our OpenApply platform to register. 

For your application, there is a number of documents that need uploading for all the candidates, in addition to all the AISA forms that need to be completed.  You will be asked to create an AISA OpenApply account, which will allow you to complete your checklist. You will then be able to review your application and upload documentation at any time through the process. 

*Please be sure you have all documents ready to upload before beginning the application process and fill out all of the required fields on the online application.

1. Academic Reports of the previous two school years.
2. Copy of the student's Birth Certificate.
3. Copy of the student & the parents' passports.
4. ID photo of the student.
5. ID photo of each parent.

Grade placement is primarily determined by the student’s age as of September 1 of the academic year. We believe strongly that children learn best alongside peers of the same age, and therefore we adhere to our established cut-off dates. In addition to age, we also review previous school records, academic performance, social development, and, when needed, placement assessments.

The following enrollement age charts outline how students will be placed for the 2025-2026 school year, and the 2026-2027 school year.

Students transferring from accredited American or comparable international schools may be placed in a grade based on their previous school year to ensure continuity in their learning, with consideration of past academic performance and recommendation forms.

All final decisions regarding admission and grade placement are made by the school administration and communicated to families by the Admissions Manager.

Waitlist

When a grade level reaches its optimal capacity, a waitlist will be created. Placement on the waitlist is determined primarily by availability and the order in which applications are received (first-come, first-served). Other factors, such as academic performance, previous school records, teacher recommendations, and assessment results, may also be considered. The school’s formal waitlist procedures ensure a fair and transparent process.
