Admission Process

Start by visiting our OpenApply platform to register. 

Start by clicking the "Register Now" button to start the application.
For your application, there are a number of documents that need uploading for all the candidates, in addition to all the AISA forms that need to be completed (Application Form, Agreement Form, Parent Permissions & Partnership Form, and Student Medical & Emergency Form). You will be asked to create an AISA OpenApply account, which will allow you to complete your checklist. You will then be able to review your application and upload documentation at any time through the process.

*Please be sure you have all documents ready to upload before beginning the application process and fill out all of the required fields on the online application.

1. School reports from the previous academic year (required from Grade 1 onwards).
2. Copy of the student & the parents' passports (information page only).
3. Copy of the student's Birth Certificate.
4. ID photo of the student.
5. ID photo of each parent.

The admissions process follows these steps:

1. Campus Visit – Families schedule a campus visit to learn more about the school and its programs.

2. Parent Interview & Student Assessment – Parents meet with the admissions team on a scheduled date, and the student completes an age-appropriate assessment on a different day.

3. Registration Fee Payment – The registration fee is payable upon submission of the application.

4. Admissions Decision – The admissions decision is reviewed and formally communicated to the family.

5. Deposit Submission & Place Confirmation – Following the admissions decision and the family’s confirmation to proceed, a non-refundable deposit of USD 3,000 is required to secure the student’s place. This deposit will be deducted from the full-year tuition invoice. The deadline for the deposit submission is June 1st of each school year. Once the deposit is received, the Finance Officer will issue the full-year tuition invoice outlining all tuition details and payment instructions, which must be paid in full before the start of the school year in August.

6. Enrollment & Tuition Payment – Families complete the enrollment process and finalize tuition payment with the Finance Department.

Waitlist

When a grade level reaches its optimal capacity, a waitlist will be created. Placement on the waitlist is determined primarily by availability and the order in which applications are received (first-come, first-served). The school’s formal waitlist procedures ensure a fair and transparent process.
